Prior to working at the shelter, she volunteered there for 10 years and also served as chair of the Animal Shelter Advisory Board for several years. She lives with Cinder and Ella, two middle-aged black Lab mixes. She is responsible for the fun, heart-warming descriptions featured on Pets of the Week.
