Dog Adoptions for $25 This Week
Through Sunday, dogs at the Georgetown Animal Shelter are available for adoption for $25, a reduced cost from the usual adoption fee of $75.
“We are super crowded on dogs,” says Jackie Carey, animal services manager. “If you’re thinking of adopting a dog, this is a good week to do it because we have dogs of all sizes and personalities at the shelter.”
All dogs available for adoption are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and are current on vaccinations.
