The City of Georgetown is considering a voluntary request for annexation.  A Public Hearing will be held at the November 10th and the November 24th City Council Meetings.  The Meetings will be held at the City Council Chambers, 101 E. 7th Street, at the northeast corner of Seventh and Main Streets, beginning at 6:00 PM.  The area being considered for annexation is:

18.81 acres, more or less, in the L. J. Dyches  Survey, Abstract 180, for the Pierce Tract, located at 1000 F.M. 1460, east of Madison Oaks Avenue and west of High Tech Drive.

After the required public hearings, the City Council will consider an ordinance for the voluntary annexation at their December 8th City Council Meeting.
