Zumba Now Offered at the Rec Center!
The Georgetown Recreation Center is pleased to announce the addition of a new fee-based class, Zumba, to the fitness schedule. Beginning on November 6, this class will be offered on Fridays from 6:45-7:45 p.m.
The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you’ve got a Zumba® class! The class is led by Ella Magnusson, Oyuki Hall and Shirley Tynan. All instructors are certified in a variety of Zumba® specialties.
