Vagabones – Live Music at the Library
August 25th, 2009 by Judy Fabry
The next performance in the Georgetown Public Library’s live music series is by Vagabones, a trombone quartet. On Sunday, September 20, from 2:00 – 3:30 they’ll play pieces from the
Renaissance, other classical works, jazz standards, and marches. You probably haven’t heard a trombone quartet before, but we feel certain you’ll enjoy their sounds and the breadth of their repertoire. Come and go or take a seat for the entire performance. This concert is a gift of the musicians. The library is at 402 W. 8th Street and the performance will be in the lobby.
