Kid City Camp Registration
Registration for Kid City Camp begins May 4, 2009! In cooperation with the Georgetown Project and GISD schools, Kid City is a summer enrichment program for Georgetown ISD students in kindergarten through fifth grade. Registration for Summer Aquatics Programs
Registration for summer swim lessons and aquatics programs offered by Georgetown Parks & Recreation will begin on Thursday, April 30 for Georgetown Residents. Registration for nonresidents, as well as on-line registration, will begin on Friday, May 1.

Funding for Lakeway Drive Bridge on CAMPO List: Public Comment on April 29
A new Lakeway Drive Bridge over Interstate 35 is one project being considered for funding by the Capital Area Metropolitan Planning Organization. State Repayment Sought for FM 1460 Widening
A new request for state reimbursement to pay for the cost of widening FM 1460 will be on the city council’s agenda at their regular meeting April 28. If approved, the council resolution would authorize staff to seek state funding for the project under the Texas Department of Transportation’s Pass-Through Finance Program.
