Pools Last Day for Season on August 24

School starts next week, and one sign that summer is waning is the close of the summer swim season.

Sunday, August 24 will be the last day for regular swimming pool hours for the summer season in Georgetown.

One pool will be open over the Labor Day weekend. The San Gabriel Pool in San Gabriel Park will be open these hours:

• Saturday, August 30 from 12 to 6 p.m.
• Sunday, August 31 from 12 to 6 p.m.
• Monday, September 1 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
